UPDATE - We are back from our Moab trip and are working on a solution for the hard shifting on some machines, we know the issue, the spring does not have enough preload and some machines are idling higher than others and the belt is trying to engage, we need to increase the initial preload without adding to the spring rate, this can be accomplished by either adding spacers or making the spring longer, we have new test springs ordered in different lengths, the cheapest solution (for me) would be to just add more spacers in the kit and thus make it adjustable as I have $30k in springs setting here but I want to test the longer springs and see which works best, this will take some time, I should have the test samples in about 2 weeks then once we have the length figured out it will take 3-4 weeks to get the springs made and shipped.
Once we have the final solution we will open back up the ordering and if you have already purchased a kit we will ship you the needed parts at no cost.
Our Clutch kit for the Kawasaki Ridge is now available, smoother takeoff, lower RPMs, more top speed

Easy DIY Installation Click Here for installation instructions.
You need to adjust belt deflection on the Ridge periodically as the belt wears by adjusting the amount of shims in the secondary clutch, your Kawasaki dealer should have shims in various thicknesses Click HERE for the Service Manual page on Belt Deflection
It is normal after installation if the transmission is a little harder to shift, and long as the machine is not trying to move when you put it in gear it is fine, if it tries to creep you may need to adjust the belt deflection by adding a thin shim to the secondary shim pack ( see here for instruction on belt deflection)
The Kit includes....
* Primary Spring
* Delrin Washer
* Spacer links for the overdrive
* Instructions link.
