The new 3-Arm clutch will work with all years of the KRX and will work with your current Secondary, it is suggested to use the new Belt #59011-0068 with this primary.
We machine a new 2025 "117" 3-Arm Kawasaki primary clutch with our overdrive modification for more top end speed and lower RPMs at cruising speeds, From the factory the belt on the KRX Primary clutch lacks about a 1\2” from traveling all the way to the top of the primary clutch sheaves, this and other design flaws cause the KRX clutch to be fully shifted to its highest ratio by 45 mph, we increase the axial travel of the belt in the sheaves to achieve a higher final ratio and move that full shift out point to 60 mph, this also increases top speed, lowers cruising RPMs, allows for better fuel economy, and can help prevent premature wear on the weights and sheaves.
There is absolutly no loss of low end power with our mod, as a matter of fact you will gain 11% of low end gearing on the bottom end.
Fuel consumption is reduced due to the machines ability to run at a lower RPM.
With this "overdrive" modification we are able to run upto 40mph in low range.
We have customers hitting 76 mph with stock machines and 87 mph with supercharged machines, the lighter and more powerful your machine the higher top speed you will be able to achieve. (weight is horsepower)
New Lighter Clutch Spring and Titanium spacers to prevent the weights from wearing into the weight pockets are included with this service, this new clutch comes with new factory weights.

New 2025 3-Arm KRX Primary with Overdrive Modification
These are brand new 2025 3 Arm Primaries and perform very close the same as the older 83 & 77 clutches, these come with the overdrive modification, titanium wear plates to keep the weights from wearing into the aluminum clutch body, and lighter primary spring.
